Engineer. Zaky Safar who graduated with a BSc in Architecture Engineering from the Cairo University, Faculty of Engineering in 1981, is Chairman and Partner of Medifine Corp.Ltd. He is the founder and shareholder of Safar Traders & Contractors, Safar Engineering Consultancy, and Satra Trading Co.
Eng Zaky Safar was the first businessman to represent major South African Companies in Egypt such as Fuchs Electronics, Avitronics and H.S Design Engineering (Pty) Ltd. For the last 15 years he has worked closely and represented many Engineering Companies from the United Kingdom such as Rust, Kennedy and Donkin, WS Atkins, Inter Connect ICC UK, Smith Telecommunication and Donald Edward.
Eng. Safar has represented the UK legal firm Denton Wilde Sapte in their contract with the Egyptian Government to establish its Telecommunication Regulatory Authority.
Eng. Safar's experience includes Architecture Design, Contracting Project Management, Marketing and Promoting Projects, Business Development, Barter Transactions, Research and Development (R&D) of industrial products and the BOOT scheme methodology especially in Power Stations, Roads and Airports.
Eng. Safar is a member of the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate, the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce, London and Director of the Euro-Arab Forum for Dialogue, London.

Mrs. Almudaris has over 15 years experience in marketing, advertising and research. She has extensive experience in marketing strategy for a company or product. Her experience includes creating and overseeing implementation of a marketing plan designed to increase market share; business development ,compiling and analyzing market research, and developing effective promotional materials and creative design.
Her experience includes consulting and management experience and proven success in resolving organizational, administrative, management, marketing, and strategic planning challenges for all types of healthcare facilities. She has experience in providing a wide variety of distinctive marketing programs for both Specialty and Primary Care Practices.
As a senior-level business executive with demonstrable leadership with both high profile international brands such as Johnson Wax, Johnson & Johnson, Alkan Medical, GE Healthcare, British Council Cairo ,IBM and start-up companies such as Max-Rent-a-Car, and with an extensive network of contacts in both the business and social arena; Mrs. Almudaris is able to grow any business through successful marketing and sales campaigns.
Mrs.Almudaris was born in 1964 in Kuwait and is married with two children, Omar and Jumana Safar. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the American University in Cairo ,and is Director of the Euro-Arab Forum for Dialogue, London ; a member of Women's Association Egypt, The Society for the Protection of the Environment, Egypt. Vice President of Kawafel Charity Organisation, an NGO providing medical healthcare,food,housing and education for the under priviledged in Egypt.
